Assisted or Guided Stretch?
Assisted Stretch
Each session is customized to you and your body's needs. Our licensed stretch therapist will help you to achieve a series of stretches you can't do on your own to help you to achieve your mobility goals faster.
Guided Stretch
In a small group session, our stretch therapist will teach you stretching techniques and how to use tools like stretch straps and foam rollers. Each session will address all major muscle groups including legs, hips, core, back and shoulders.
